SHIPPING
We
normally ship within 48 hours
from time of order. Unfortunately, we can not stock every item
listed on our website. If an item can not be
shipped out within 2 days, we
will notify you of an approximate lead time.
Shipment
method is US Postal, UPS Ground or Fedex within the USA unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If the item is too
large to ship by UPS/Fedex, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipments to Canada and Alaska are through the US Postal service (size
constraints may apply). Additional shipping charges will apply on a
per order basis. Please EMAIL for an estimate.
We do not ship
to international countries.
FREE SHIPPING ?
You and I both know we get nothing for free. The truth behind the free
shipping offers is simple, they add the cost of shipping
to the price of the item. So you’re really paying for "free" shipping.
When your comparing price, make sure you look at the total cost of the
order. Don't get sidetracked into thinking they are giving you "free"
shipping. They're not.
TAXES
We charge sales
tax only to those shipments shipped to an Illinois address.
Tax Rate = 8.5%

ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
Orders must be
cancelled by telephone. If your order has been shipped before
cancellation, a 20% restock charge will apply. Shipping charges will
not be refunded. Prices subject to change without
notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors.
RETURNS
A return authorization
number is required to return merchandise and a 20%
restocking fee will apply to any order returned, refused or otherwise. If the item is
defective or missing parts, please notify us immediately. No returns
after 30 days from date of order. If you order the wrong
application, cancel an order after shipping, refuse to
accept an order, or just plain change your mind - the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PARTS
A return authorization

defective or missing parts, please notify us immediately. No returns
after 30 days from date of order. If you order the wrong
application, cancel an order after shipping, refuse to
accept an order, or just plain change your mind - the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
When a damage claim or non
working part is called into us and you wish to have a new one WE WILL
BILL OUT the second part as it is an order. Once we receive the part
in question and it is inspected either by us or the manufacturer and
deemed to be defective or UPS pays the damage claim to us we can then
issue the credit for your second order/payment. WE WILL CHARGE for
the second shipment in order to protect us from possible fraudulent claims
by the public.

Personal information is
kept in confidence. We will not sell your personal information.
Credit card numbers are not kept on file.
